Attention seafood lovers! Lobsterfest is coming to Newport Beach on Sunday, September 12th. Gather up the family at your Newport Coast home and head to Civic Center Park for a super fun picnic style lobster feast. Whole Maine lobsters are flown in, early on the 12th. Then they’re prepped and cooked on site. In addition to the lobster, Newport Coast real estate owners will enjoy steamed clams, shrimp, salad, corn on the cob, red potatoes, butter and rolls, and dessert. Get beer and wine at the cash bar. Tables will be set up throughout the park for guests to relax, enjoy their meal, and talk.

After you’re done eating, you might also want to get up and dance. The Pinch Me! Band will be playing live. They cover a mix of contemporary hits and favorites from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s dance tunes. You can also wander through the vendors and find cool stuff from local companies. Enter to win several raffles, too. All and all, it promises to be a fun evening for everyone in your Newport Coast home.
General admission tickets are $95 and include one whole lobster. You can add a second one for an extra $25. VIP tickets are $125 and include complimentary beer and wine. VIP ticket holders get to sit at a special reserved table with linens and silverware, close to the stage. A kids meal of a turkey sandwich, chips, a piece of fruit, and a cookie is available for $35. Advance ticket sales are available through September 7th. If there is space, general admission tickets will be sold at the door for $110, though the kids meal is advanced order only.
Not only is Lobsterfest a fun time, it raises money for a good cause. A donation of $7500 will be made to Make a Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire.
